Anita Rogers

Anita Rogers has been helping my teen and myself as a parent of a teen with mental health issues navigate through life. She is very easy to talk to and provided my teen with tools and encouragement she needed to get through the tough times. She is always attending conferences about mental health to continue educating herself and to keep up with new methods of coping with mental illness. I highly recommend her!

I was in counseling with Anita for almost 2 years as a young teenager. I had been cutting myself and tried to commit suicide and was very depressed. She was the biggest blessing. I’m 23 now and it’s been about 6 years since I’ve seen her, but she truly changed my life. She helped me move forward and make positive changes so that I could grow and continue on the path God he set for me. She helped me to not relapse and go back into those bad habits and bad places. She gave me the necessary tools and challenges to help me and I am so grateful.

I would not recommend Anita as a competent therapist. She is not well versed in standard therapy and does not check her facts in session. She throws out misdiagnoses quite frequently and just seems to be guessing when she does not know how to manage a session. Awful, just awful. I would recommend someone with more experience in the field who actually knows how to diagnose and has a specialization.
