Wasted months of my life
I didn't know, until I started working with another physical therapist, that Ann paid absolutely no attention to what muscles I was using when I did exercises. She never corrected me, and because I could muscle through, I could do the exercises--but not the right away. I panicked when I couldn't improve my hip pain, despite doing exercises for my hips for a year. It turns out it was because I wasn't engaging the right muscles. She's also extremely rigid and fired me--a blessing, it turns out--when I was too sick to come in for appointments 2-3 times a week. Ann claims to treat patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which I have, but please don't believe she will help you.
