I had a televisit appointment and I found the information that she gave very basic and nothing more than what I already knew or what I could find on google. It was a complete waste of my time and copay. She concluded the call by telling me that she had to go because she had another patient. I’ve never had a provider tell me that. That was unprofessional especially since our visit was less than 20 minutes. She then recommended that I go to the urgent care to be seen by a provider. Save yourself and skip this provider.

I HAD A TELEVISIT WITH BOLEY AMD SHE WAS OVER TALKING ME AND DIDNOT GIVE ME HER FULL NAME DIDNOT WANT TO LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT ABOUT MY RECENT DISCHARGE AND TOLD ME THATS ANOTHER PROBLEM FOR ANOTHER TIME. SHE THERATHEN TO HANG THE TELEVIST PHONE ON MY ...WHAT HAPPENED TO HER OATH ?? THIA IS VERY SAD TIME AND TELEVISIT.
