Ann Frett, PT

I was recommended to Ann from another PT due to the increased curvature of my scoliosis in my spine. My previous strengthening exercises given were mostly removed from my program due to her strong belief in the Scroth Method. I decided to give her method with all the many, different props, a chance at my age if 64. To me these were very odd stretches, without videos & only sheets of paper with pictures she had to cross things off & change them to suit my curvature, which made it more difficult for me to understand while trying to do them on my own. The time it took her to explain the method & show me excerises, 1 hour, and my time was up. Eye contact & communicating with her patient seemed difficult for her. I gave it 3 months. Possibly this method is geared for a younger patient. She seems highly intelligent.
