It's been quite a while since I've had an eye exam so I was a little apprehensive because I was unsure what to expect. Before even starting the exam Dr. Mora took her time to explain the work she'd be doing and put me at ease as she walked me through ea test, why it's needed, the benefits, and even some of her fiindings throughout the exam. Her friendly and confident demeanor helped me to relax.

- Staff friendliness
- Appointment wasn't rushed
- Trusted the provider's decisions
