Dismissive
I did not see her my daughter did for a very serious concern for which she has been seen in the ER for recently… she dismissed her issues and blamed them on anxiety and depression … to my knowledge these do not cause swelling of the face and itching in the throat … that would be an anaphylactic reaction. As a nurse practitioner myself I am appalled at the dismissive attitude and advised my daughter to find a more caring and comprehensive provider

Extremely Helpful
Mrs. Phelps took the time to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. She also looked up the medications available through my insurance so I got the most affordable one. I was impressed how she informed and helpful she was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
