Ms Vance is opinionated and acts outside the code of ethics. I solicited her for help for an inevitable divorce with myself and my progressive alcoholic spouse of 28 years. Ms Vance ignored my requests and gave no regards to my feelings and the experiences with a long term, destructive marriage. I had hoped to have her assist us with our divorce in a positive, productive way. In the end, my ex took his life and AV wrote a letter against me to the courts in favor of his new wife of 3 mos.

I would not recommend her to new clients because she is not engaged while in session. Multiple times during our sessions she has excused herself to make personal phone calls, texts, and emails. The first couple times I gave her benefit of the doubt, but today I saw her again, and it was quite obvious that her level of commitment to my therapeutic needs is non-existent. I excused myself early and will not be going back. She was busy texting as I shared my feelings. Very disrespectful!
