Anna Kielak

Anna has provided legitimately the best mental health care that I have received in my life. She consistently considers my individual needs and validates my concerns. She stays current with available treatments and is immensely knowledgeable in her field. I am forever grateful for the care that she has provided me, it's helped me navigate through some of the hardest times in my life.

Received 7 appointment confirmations and reminders but her office cancelled 15 min before my appointment because she wasn't taking new patients.

I have seen many different doctors over the years due to moving around with my husbands work. I have been treated by Anna for almost 2 years now. She has been the first one to listen to me and actually been able to help me feel like there is hope for me to be happy again. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends.

Anna Kielak may have good intentions but unfortunately the office she works at is run unprofessionally and incompetently. While she can apologize for this, ultimately it is a reflection of her as a provider and a very poor one. Often Anna will say one thing in an appointment with a patient, but not follow through whether it's in regards to medication, insurance, appointment dates, etc. This lack of communication creates an unreliable and unprofessional environment (everyone will know your business in the office -- there is little privacy.) which quite frankly makes getting mental health treatment even more difficult. If you are suffering (and have the freedom of being able to choose where you can go), I would not recommend this provider or clinic because your treatment will be affected.

She listens without judging and truly wants to help. Very easy to talk to and she's caring and kind.
