An exemplary PA above and beyond
Have only met her twice, the second time being the princpal post-op follow-up, an assignment she pursued with a graciousness, concern for her p[atient and a marked willingness to listen to questions and concerns. Moreover, she responded to quetions not with platitudes but with a clear and professional approach that, to this patient, were very helpful, infomrative and gratifying in content. Colloquial? Top Notch.
