Anna Roberts, PA

Went in to discuss an ongoing issue I have which I always call by the wrong name. She discussed the whys, the hows, and the treatment. I also threw in a question about something new that she patiently discussed with me.

She was very pleasant and caring… easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. Thanks for helping people!!! YOU make a difference!

I thought she was very impersonal and perfunctory, fixated on the cost for potential laser cosmetic procedures, off base on reemphasizing the need to put sunscreen on every 2 hours(how detached is that), never established any type of eye contact, and was in a ‘let’s get this over with’ mindset from the moment she entered the room. I wouldn’t see her again. My wife said she probably had some personal duress going on. Apologize to the patient then, so at least they’d understand. I think highly of Dr. O’Neill, but sadly disappointed by this PA.

Anna is very thorough doing a skin check and will point out spots and ask questions about it and will tell you her suggestions about that spot whether it needs to be removed or just keep an eye on it until your next 6 or 12 mo. Appointment Anna is professional, but compassionate. She doesn’t make you feel nervous.discussing spots.

Anna Roberts listens well. She is knowledgeable and compassionate in her care. I'm usually pretty good at identifying potential skin cancers but she found a suspected one that i was not aware of and did a biopsy. I trust her judgement.
