Navigating a difficult phase
I worked with Dr. Tedesco for a few months and she was the only psychotherapist whom I was able to fully trust for the first time. She was always caring and patient and I am glad I was able to have her while navigating through a difficult phase in my life. Personal and professional impact
Dr. Tedesco, is one of the greatest gifts in my life. Through her highly trained guidance and providing an emotional safety net, she has brought me to personal and professional heights, I never dreamed could be my reality. It’s hard to encapsulate Dr. Tedesco because she’s beyond words.

New to Therapy
Dr. Tedesco is just the best. I'd never been to therapy before, but I did not feel nervous or uncomfortable at any point. She was fantastic at making me feel welcome and free to share what was or wasn't on my mind. I initially came to Dr. Tedesco thinking I would just "try out" therapy, but now I definitely think therapy is something I will stick with for a long time. Thanks Dr T!
