I had several appts with Ana over a 6-month span and nothing was ever accomplished. She always seemed unprepared. She said at our 1st appt she would write scripts after blood work & a drug screen - that didn't happen even though everything came back normal. I messaged her after that and she said I'd need to make another appt - I did, and at the appt she said she couldn't start medication and that I need to have a psych eval. I couldn't get in for that for a few months. I asked for meds to help me in the meantime and she said she would but never followed through despite multiple requests. I had the initial psych eval only to find out I needed a 4 hour follow-up and to pay $200 up front. That's when I cancelled all my future appts and contacted my primary. My concerns were addressed and appropriately handled the same day as my appt with my primary. Waste of time and money, do not recommend.
