My gratitude for Anne is immeasurable. She's brilliant and excellent at her craft.

I have been with Anne for 10 plus years now and this woman has made one of the biggest impacts on my life out of the many people I have in my life. She is has been with me throughout my entire recovery. The tools she has taught me to handle so many aspects of my life. From C.B.T to D.B.T, and worksheets she has given me so many ways that I can utilize all of them, in all areas of my life. The amount of inner work she has done with me has helped me become the best version of myself. I absolutely highly recommend Anne to anyone who wants to seek therapy. She will change your life, so long as you follow through and do the work your life will change for the better forever. Empathy, compassion, understanding and an all around therapeutic relationship is what you will find when working with Anne.

I’ve been seeing Anne for about four years or so.. when I say she is a gem, I mean she is pure heart, rare because she not only listens to me, but she sees me, she gets me. I’ve been through a lot of therapists over the years and she’s the one for me! Anne is funny, kind, compassionate, empathetic, inspiring, honest and a great problem solver. Anne is so phenomenal, her level of empathy and care towards her Patients is unmatched. She is so down to earth and listens to everything you have to say without judgment, she truly is a blessing.

I have worked with Anne for nearly 5 years. In that time she has helped me navigate thru some tough challenges in my life, as well as guided and supported me thru various personal accomplishments. Anne’s numerous exercises and tips for mental health have helped ease the battles of my addiction, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Anne’s recognition of my mental and emotional state in each session has really helped me in “peeling the layers of the onion”. Anne does a lot for the community as well. She coordinates willing clients to share their experience, strength, and hope on issues of mental health and addiction with students at local colleges and high schools. I started seeing Anne over 12 years ago mandated by the Court for an OUI & was so happy I found someone so caring & giving I have continued to see her & nothing but outstanding praise for the help & guidance she has given me over the years ! Last year I was in the Hospital & had a scheduled appointment & she came to the Hospital & saw me there ! She is the Angel sent from heaven to help, guide me & be supportive of my life ! I highly recommend her if you want someone who really cares & goes the extra mile for you. Without her I don't want to think what would happen if she wasn't there !Thank You Anne for your caring & kindness all these years !

Anne has such a calming presence and is well educated in addiction recovery. She is open minded and non judgemental no matter where you are coming from. She meets you where you’re at and then you can navigate that together. Would 100 percent back up Anne. She’s the top of the therapists I’ve been too.

Very rude, hurtful, nevermind VERY judgemental., She works with substance abuse patients, but seems to resent them. I came for counseling and one day didn't have a lot to talk about, she kicked me out of her office because I had nothing to say according to her. I suffer from social anxiety, Instead of trying to engage me in a conversation and TRY, she tells me i need to leave if i have nothing to say! My insurance is paying for me to be seen. Extremely unprofessional, she needs to find a new job
