Dr. Anne Devine, OD

Dr. Devine shut me down when I attempted to tell her avout the vision changed I had experienced by telling me she had read my chart. She then proceeded to immediately tell me that she could not write the prescription for the lenses I want. I indicated that her two predecessors had done so without difficulty, and she argued with me incessantly. After storming out to get, what I thought were samples, she returned with statistics and curtly read them to me. She then stated "let's do the eye exam". I said that I didn't see a chart, and she barked "IT'S ON THE WALL". At that point, I stood up and said the visit was over. I have NEVER been treated with such rudeness, lack of care, or incompetence. This doctor needs to be reprogrammed to actually listen, care about the patient, and show some sort of "customer service" attitude. This was so bad that I am considering changing medical coverage.
