ZERO stars. AVOID Dr. Anne Flanigan. There are better practitioners. The first visit went well and I was thrilled to have found a thoughtful and caring therapist. We made an appointment for the following month. I got there about 10 minutes early. Her office is a room off a hallway. I was left there standing like an idiot as I knocked and knocked and called on my cell phone in the small hallway hoping she had simply been on a call and forgotten to unlock the door to her small waiting area. I cried humiliated as a left voice messages with no privacy while people walked past me in the small hallway hearing everything I said. At about 20 past, I gave up and went home. she never returned any of the three messages I left. She didn’t notify me she wouldn’t be there. I was depressed, and half-functional for about 2 months. It effectively cancelled My Christmas and New Years. This was in-excusable and horrendous treatment, proving her far less than her training.
