Unfortunately, I am only thinking about this question, which I should have asked at the time of the appt - what can be done to help prevent recurring spasms every time I sneeze? It's disheartening, aggravating, and frustrating to feel like every sneeze is a setback.

The wait time was very good. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The LPN was very kind and caring. Anne spent a lot of time asking questions, listening to me and explaining things clearly.

Could have made more information available to me on MyChart ... I wanted all of my scans to be available for me to see what they were seeing. If it couldn't be on MyChart, you should have a how-to on the steps to get these pictures.

Appointment went well. Computer system did not take the next follow up appointment. I am unable to get the office to reschedule the additional followup to remove stitches and need to schedule at CT Scan.
