While my office visit to Ann Gregg was fine, the follow up was very poor. i was prescribed a new drug and to make a long story short, I called and left 3 messages over a week that were never returned to help get the prescription filled. Finally 10 days after my appointment on the 4th call I was able to get someone to help me. The discussion with the office didn't seem to be a big deal to them that I had called 3 times without a return call. I find that poor service.
