She brushed off my concerns, didnt ask if i had any questions, and when I did acted like I was an inconvenience. I told her she missed a diagnosis and she told me she didn't- she'd seen it for years- but lots of people have this problem so she didnt mention it.

She was fine during the visit, seemed to ask good questions, was professional, thorough and cordial but her follow up communication was terrible. She did not relay Xray results until 2 days after they has been read and initially just sent the Xray report (no translation of results). Only translated results and implication of the results after my request. She made a referral to a specialist but didn't let me know. Specialist couldn't contact me because she didn't attach my demographics to the referral. I lost a week in trying to get relief because of her poor communication follow through.
