Anne Totero, LMFT

I was really nervous to start therapy with anyone different because there were so many strikeouts before this. Being thankful or gratitude feels so weird to say but that is exactly what I am because my whole life has changed for the better not just one thing time space or area but how I view the entire thing. The best part is she isnt stuffy she is just her. Anne I really hope you read this and see how awesome you are and there are those of us who change small things and those of us who create waves and change things for years to come and you are that. Thank you for all you do. I want to share one of the intense things she said to me recently and maybe just maybe you need to hear it, too. "It just is."

We switched family therapists after a bad experience and was recommended to Anne Totero. She was what we needed and connected with each member with ease. We've been out of therapy for a year and we're still doing great.

I got lucky when I scheduled for a new therapist and got Anne. She is funny and very real. My first therapist I've had as an adult (I'm 23). She is wise beyond her years and I owe a lot to her as I was in a deep hole. She also helped me with my family as I had a rough time with them. She made me feel comfortable bringing them in and it helped. I went in for depression and anxiety and had been in therapy as a kid. No one compares. AND SHE MADE EXCEPTIONS SO I COULD GET IN SOONER. No brainer.

I had Anne for group and we had so much fun. I learned a lot.

Smart - Kind - Genuine Those are the best things I can say right now. I had lots of docs before this and I feel down it took me so long to find someone who gets people. You won't be disappointed.

I left another review but I don't know if it worked. I have been seeing Anne and she is honest and really wants me to do all. She is funny and we laugh a lot in session which makes me feel more at ease. I think Anne gets me. If she reads this then just know you're great and I really feel lucky.

Anne is welcoming, caring and knows how to talk with teenagers. She is deft at combining compassion, humor and problem solving. My daughter immediately took to her.
