I had a Reiki massage from Emily at Harel Chiropractic and Massage. It was amazing! I had been under a lot stress and fighting a head cold. She was able to balance my body thru the Reiki massage. I felt the relaxation move thru my body and the stress release. After my massage several people commented on how relaxed I looked. My head cold dissipated immediately. Emily explained how your body holds onto the stress and it becomes locked into your muscles and blockages are formed. i give it a 10!!!
