Find a practice that cares
I had an appointment with Dr. Annette Murphy that left me disappointed. She seemed distracted, continuing a personal conversation with her assistant during my exam. When she suggested taking a sample of a mole she had seen before and I questioned its necessity, she assured me there would be no extra cost. However, I later received a bill for over $300. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Associates in Dermatology, their communication has been poor, and they were unhelpful. I feel my concerns were ignored in favor of profit. I would not recommend this practice.

Outstanding Caretaker
She was extremely careing and kind in her ways. She was a visting Caretaker that used to visit once a month at the Langley Health Center in Sumterville, FL once a month. I miss her not being here.

I had the pleasure to see Annette Murphy and her staff today. I was very impressed and pleased. Carol at the front desk is amazing and so personable, she offered me water and overall was just very pleasant. When i was done I got called back by Sandra who was very professional and put me at ease immediately. Annette was very knowledgeable and I will definately recommend this practice. This whole team is so nice and has integrity. I can't thank them enough and will definately be back!
