Annette is an absolute pleasure to work with and continues to impress us on each and every visit. She is incredibly detail oriented when reviewing her patient's health history, current complaints and future goals. We love how she engages with our child and ensures everyone is educated and understands the medical options. Our child loves how kind and positive she is every time we engage with her. We highly recommend Annette.

We needed immediate help for our son, who was massively depressed and expressing some ADHD behavior. She was able to fit us in within a few days. She was able to build rapport with him almost immediately, which is typically difficult to do with him. Her approach was warm, attentive throughout the initial evaluation. She integrated my husband and me in when appropriate. She made sure that we understood her process and approach, and made it collaborative when we decided on a course of action. Her 'bedside manner' was the best that I've experienced in five decades, and we felt lucky to have her treating our son. With her, we have found treatment that is working wonderfully for our son, and couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and support. She even provided a book for us to read that was very insightful on screen addiction, very relevant to our son. Overall, I would highly recommend her to any parent or guardian seeking help for a child.

Working with Annette to regulate my child’s medication has been a pleasure. She spends the entire time (30 minutes!) asking thoughtful questions that are easy enough for children to answer, but help her get a full picture of how your child is doing. She makes your child the focus, giving them autonomy and the responsibility to have a say in their care. She encourages and teaches them to take responsibility for themselves, how to schedule and set reminders for appointments and to know the names and doses of medications they are taking. Working with her cuts out the frustration of automated phone services, call waiting and lengthy administrative red tape. Cannot say enough about how wonderful she is.

Annette has worked really well with both my kids. She is easy to get a hold of. Appointments on the weekends works so well with our schedule. Would highly recommend!!

Annette Rothman saw us after my child was having very concerning behaviors at school and home. She was able to get us in rapidly, saw us on a weekend, and was compassionate and reassuring. She was great with responding quickly when my child needed medication adjustments.

After facing struggles with my son at preschool I was searching for providers who would listen and not just tell me he was too young.Annette was kind and compassionate to our situation and worked with us to come up with a plan to help him which included medication for his ADHD diagnosis. He started kindergarten this year and is thriving! He loves his visits to Nurse Annette’s office. I love how easy it is to get ahold of her. No front desk office. You speak right with her. And she is prompt at returning texts and calls. We have nothing but great things to say about Annette!

We have only great things to say about Annette Rothman. We were referred to her by our Pediatrician after struggling years with our Son. When I reached out to schedule an appointment I expected to wait months (most healthcare providers in our area this is the case). We were pleasantly surprised to find she was able to get us in within two weeks. We have had numerous appointments since and have always felt heard and taken care of. Our Son is now THRIVING and we couldn’t be happier. Her assistance is not limited to your appointments, she is extremely good at communicating and following up between visits. When I have needed to reach out with questions she has always responded within 24hr (usually same day) and goes beyond expectations. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Annette has been absolutely amazing with my kiddo and with helping our family find the right solution to a difficult struggle with inattentive ADHD. After years of other providers dismissing concerns about my child’s attention and focus, we were referred to Annette and I am SO grateful. From our first meeting, she listened deeply to what was going on, really took time to connect with and understand my child, and helped us make a plan we were all comfortable with for how to address my kiddo’s needs. The right treatment took my child from tears of frustration every night trying to keep up with the new responsibilities of middle school to absolutely thriving and feeling fantastic about it. On top of this, Annette is so accessible and accommodating - I was shocked when she answered my initial evening call herself, talked me through everything on the spot and scheduled us for the following week - and her weekend appointment schedule is perfect for not missing work and school. So grateful!

Annette is a special person who can relate to teens and adults alike. She encompasses the whole family in her treatment plan. My 18 year old son had this to say:"Annette is by far one of the nicest people i’ve ever met. She has every best interest in you as a person. She is always very helpful and listens to what you have to say. She also knows her meds very well. We had to switch multiple times but each time she always cared and got me what I needed. She is a lovely person who really wants to help everyone in this world." Our family is grateful for the care she has provided and how much she has helped our son.

Our child has improved grades, social activities, and become more consistent with Dr. Annette Rothman. She listens and is attentive and engages with all of us and explains medications and conditions well. We have been with her for 2 years and thankful for the continued improvements.

I have seen Annette two times now with my teen, and would highly recommend her for medical treatment and diagnosis. We saw her because of lagging social/emotional skills, as well as academic difficulties. Annette has a great way of connecting with my 16 year old, and truly cares about helping him be successful. Something that sets her into a category above others is her making herself available to us by email or mobile in between appointments. My son says he won't see anybody else, and trusts her words even above the overwhelming barrage of information on social media about his diagnosis. Annette doesn't believe in labeling your child when in their presence and is more than willing to have private parent conversations about suspected diagnosis by phone after the visit which I very much appreciated. I wouldn't consider seeing anybody else, that's how happy we are with her.

Annette Rothman gave us by far, the greatest psychiatric care we have received for our 15 year old son. She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Thorough questioning during every visit. Never seemed rushed. Excellent listener and so empathetic to both our son and us as parents. Our son is suffering from depression, OCD, substance abuse and suicidal thoughts. She works Saturdays! What a blessing to not have to take off of work or get our son out of school. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for help with your child/teenager, you will be impressed with her treatment of patients/families and knowledge on the correct medication to prescribe if she feels your child needs it.

Annette is truly amazing. She has a natural and effective way to talk with youngsters. She can really get youngsters to focus, and she is able to evaluate their needs. She helped our child get on a great path in school and in social situations.

Our experience with Annette was phenomenal. Five stars doesn't seem adequate to describe the quality of care we have received. From our very first interaction it was clear to me that she was immediately invested in the well-being of my child. She is non-judgmental, professional, attentive/easy to reach, and compassionate. We were at such a loss on how to help our struggling child, and thanks to her expertise, our child is now thriving. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with her and there is no one else I would trust with the care of my child.

I have an older teen who needed more assistance with their ADD/ADHD. We just didn't know what to do. Annette Rothman was able to address my teens issues, give us more tools and advise then medication only. We did everything she advised and in 5 weeks we felt we had our child back. Our teens anxiety was gone, behavior issues were back under control, grades going up, and social/friend interaction improved. She returns phone calls and messages and is very reachable. She has a compassionate kind approach and made us all feel at ease during our appt. We feel so lucky to have our teen under her care.

Annette Rothman comes highly recommended by our family, as we have had 2 children who have seen her for ADHD evaluation and treatment. Her knowledge and passion for treatment of ADHD is impressive, and both of my kids have been at ease with her during appointments. She has good availability for working around school schedule as well.
