The best chiropractor in Brighton and beyond!
Like other professions, there are the good and the bad. In this case, Dr. Arena is the best chiropractor handsdown! While in the waiting room, I heard positive things about him and I even heard patients see him before they see their own primary docs! He may not have a fancy updated office, but he is the best if you are looking for quality care! He helped me with numerous problems throughout the years. I highly recommend Dr. Arena!

Dr. Arena is the most down to earth, caring doctor you will find! He will be honest with your treatments and not ask you to pay a ridiculous amount for packages you do not need. His style and techniques will win you over . . . and how great you will feel!

Dr Arena is plain and simple, a caring, open, eager to help you, hands on chiropractor! He has treated our entire family at one point or another and helped several of us through some very difficult times with injuries! He is our “Go-To Guy”! You won’t find a more qualified doc to help you through your issues!

If you are looking for a chiropractor who is personable, extremely smart, will go above and beyond your expectations, and down to earth, Dr. Arena is it! He has helped me and my entire family endless times!! We all trust him 150% and highly recommend him. I go to his Farmington Hills location. It is a cute, calming atmosphere!

Dr. Arena takes the time to talk with you. He is friendly and non-intimidating. He is down to earth and knows a lot about wellness and injuries (such as my case)
