Rude
My visit to Velocity Urgent Care on Mansfield Rd in Shreveport was not pleasant. Went in for c/o sore throat, coughing but also had concerns for medications that may affect kidney function. PA was condescending and rude. I should have walked out. I certainly won’t walk in any Velocity Urgent Care facility ever again.

Tony saw me when I went to MedFast Urgent Care Cocoa Beach with chest pain. He explained the test results and options for next steps very clearly, answered all my questions, and had a great bedside manner. I appreciate the seriousness and time he dedicated to addressing my condition.
