Had a colonoscopy and April Broussard was the Nurse Anesthetist. The facility I had the procedure in was in network for my BCBS insurance, but April Broussard was not. I was billed $1000 from April Broussard. This was a wellness procedure and was preapproved by the facility. Beware of any Anesthesiologist in a medical facility because if they are not in network, you do not know in advance and will be billed on the backside. Never use this April Broussard again and will make sure ahead of time I request she not be utilized. DO NOT USE HER!
