I came in with complications and was diagnosed with a UTI after giving a urine sample. Nurse, April M. Fitts-Cowley, told me they were going to send the sample for a urine culture and contact me within 3 days with the results and a prescription for treatment. I never heard from her. I attempted to contact her a week later for 3 days straight with no response. Finally, after suffering with this infection for 12 days, her nurse calls me back and says they have no record of me giving a urine sample and that I’ll have to make an appointment to come back in. So she literally LIED and said I didn’t even give a sample when SHE was the one who told me I had a UTI. I’m just in such disbelief as to how a nurse won’t own up to her mistake. If she would have told me this a week ago when I first called them I could have figured out other options instead of waiting for her with the results and prescription. I will NEVER go back to this woman and suggest others don’t either.
