April goes above and beyond to make me feel like I have her full attention. She isn’t one of those health providers that looks at their watch instead of listening to you. I have been seeing her for over a year and I have NO complaints!

April is great! She doesn't treat you as a patient, but as a friend. Listens to what you say and tries to find out what is wrong. In regards to trying to make an appointment, that is a nightmare. Appointments go through the Hammond office and the wait time to speak to anyone is horrible, that's if you get an answer. Calls going to the Livingston office should be answered by them, not Hammond that has a higher call volume, which means harder to get an answered call.
