She does her job well and efficiently
I haven't seen her for a couple years, but the visits I had with her went very well. Trying to figure out what was going on with me was tricky, but she ordered tests and did what was necessary. I have read the complaints she received and can only think that maybe she had a bad day, or after hours of dealing with cry baby adults - maybe some of it was getting to her.. If she was dealing with something, at least she came to work and did it halfass, instead of calling off lol. She gets an A- in my book.

excellent service
the nurse practitioner listened my problems very attentively and explained everything very well, I felt at home with her. staff was very nice as well. I am glad we have her .

Rudest in Yuma
She is arrogant. I felt rushed and disrespected. She has no business working with the public. Highly unprofessional. I will not return.

Not my cup of tea
Flippant attitude, bad listener, talked over me, argumentative, in a hurry to leave, very impersonal, arrogant, rude. Not a provider that I could have confidence in.

Waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Girls in back staff were completely opposite from the staff upfront. They were very loud and unprofessional. Rojas seemed annoyed and rude. I’ll never go back. Much better care at the other Sunset location. Wouldn’t recommend!
