ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD , SO RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON YOU IS THINKING IF SHE READ COUPLE BOOKS SHE IS MORE INTELLIGENT THAN OTHERS , SHE COULDN'T EXPLAINED YOU WHAT SHE NEEDED SHE IS NOT EXPLAINING YOU MEDICAL WORDS WHICH YOU SHOULDN'T KNOW , AFTER I TOLD HER THAT I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING THE WORD SHE IS ASKING , SHE JUST START TO YELL ON ME , TOLD ME I AM NOT TELLING TRUTH AND AFTER I ASKED HER NAME SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME , SHE WAS CALLING ME AFTER WORKING HOURS WHEN THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED ,
