I am moving forward in very healthful ways, and I am grateful for Ardath McDermott! I know she is there for me and I am able to grow and live my best life, as she shares her wisdom and love. I trust her and she is always on time, listenening and explaining things so well. The good news is I am seeing a lot of transformation and I know it all began with talking to Ardath. I was in a dark place, I was losing my joy and I was hurting deeply. It was smart but it was scary for me to reach out for help, I am relieved now, so glad now that I did ask for help.
