I saw Ardythe for over a year. In that time as her patient, she attributed multiple of my anxieties and anxiety flare ups to my social media consumption without exploring my anxieties or offering much in the way of constructive coping mechanisms. I asked for prescription changes multiple times and only received dosage increases rather than new medications. I decided to stop seeing her in early 2024 when she prescribed a medication that had a high likelihood of negatively interfering with treatment of my diabetes. The same day she prescribed it, she had asked about my anxiety triggers and I included my diabetes as a major trigger. Overall I felt as if she didn't believe me about my anxieties and dismissed them without much thought. I felt condescended to and invalidated and frustrated with her treatment and wouldn't recommend her to anyone for Psychiatric treatment.
