Arica listens to me and has so much patience. The things I say are never just blown off. She takes them into consideration in my care, which is pretty complex. She does not hesitate to step in or step up when I need her to take something over or go that extra step. Her bedside manner is kind and considerate. I never feel rushed. She already knows and can easily and immediately access to my care by my specialist physicians, to coordinate care. I drive an hour and a half ea way to see her. GREAT!
