Arlene is probably the best healthcare provider I've ever seen. She's very knowledgeable about narcolepsy and the medications used to treat it. I've seen her several times now and I've never felt rushed. I've always felt like she was really listening to my questions and concerns, which is hard to find these days!

The nurse doesn't seem to know much about narcolepsy at all. No empathy. Seems to be in a rush. No time to listen. Doesn't really know what options to offer. No return phone calls. I would suggest they need more up to date research in the field of narcolepsy.
