Very poor physical exam. Her entire physical exam lasted less than 1 minute. I requested a copy of her dictation. Upon reading her physical report. I see she has reported on several things which she did not assess ie cranial nerves 1-V11 intact lungs clear she only listened to posterior bases with one breath each side. I could continue for there are several areas noted as normal which were not assessed. My recommendation do not go see Ashlee Armstrong.
