She seemed annoyed by my visit, very dismissive of my symptoms and concerns, and talked down to me like a child. Easily the worst healthcare experience of my life.

Unprofessional

Ashley and her staff were talking negatively about patients loud enough that I could hear it from behind a closed door. I had to ask 3 times before she would give me a physical exam. She was dismissive and disconnected as I kept explaining my symptoms over and over again. I was ultimately told to do what I had already been doing for another week before calling again if my symptoms didn’t improve. Waste of time and money. This was in Rockford, Il at UW Health N Bell School Family Practice Clinic.

Not good experience

Telehealth

She immediately wanted to prescribe the exact drug I indicated that I am unable to take, spoke to me as though I was wasting her time, told me to go to urgent care, and then condescendingly told me how much she hoped I felt better.
