Another horrible experience with this woman
I am not at all surprised to read all the terrible reviews of this woman. She is arrogant, rude, dismissive, and every word that comes out of her mouth is spoken with such deep contempt, as if to say, 'how dare you stupid fool speak to me. ' I have had a lot of bad experiences with medical clinicians in my almost 50 years, but but she may take the cake based solely on her horrible personality and bedside manner. I have had the unfortunate bad luck to have seen this woman twice at Patient First, once for my son and once for my daughter. To be treated this way when you or your child are not feeling well and are seeking help is particularly disgusting. I hope Patient First wises up-- I will never be back as long as she on the roster.

Ashley needs to rethink why she went into medicine. Her bedside manner and lack of empathy is sad. She has no passion for caring for patients and seems to be in this role because she has no choice. Then again the fact that these reviews go back to 2017 leads me to believe that this is just her. Ashley, imagine you or your family member attempting to get care and come across someone like you. How would you feel? That's called empathy. I usually do not makes reviews on anything, no matter how awful, but me being in healthcare trying to advocate for myself, I want everyone to be aware of what they will get when they receive care from this provider.

I came on here to see if others shared the awful experience I did and sure enough... I can go into the two times I have unfortunately been seen by her, but I’m tired of telling the story. Just know, you will leave your visit feeling baffled at how much negative energy one can throw your way in such a short amount of time. It literally kept me up that night thinking about how awful she is. I knew I wasn’t the only one, it was THAT bad... if you have to travel farther or ask to see another physician, do it. That personality isn’t changing anytime soon.

I was scared and concerned for my health as I had developed significant pain in a very short period of time. Ashley came into the room and looked at my issue and walked out of the room without allowing me to ask her any questions. When I pressed she refused to answer and in a very rude tone told me to wait. Then she handed me two prescriptions and when I asked her what the chemical substances were in the prescriptions she told me to “google it”. I told her I didn’t know how to spell the name of the compounds and she scoffed at me and googled it herself. I simply wanted to know what medicine I would be putting in my body. She refused to elaborate on questions I asked her about timing of the medication and made it very apparent that she wanted to spend as little time with me as possible. I will never go to this provider again because I not only feel like I received very poor care but I also genuinely question whether this individual had any degree of compassion for my condition.

First of all I would like to say that I am a physician (from another country), she did not know that, and I don't give reviews, but the way I was treated by Ms. Ashley Greer warrants one, if I could give less than a star I would. She has no bedside manners and lacks empathy with the patient; 2 skills that every health care worker should have. I came in early for what I suspected was a peritonsillar abscess, she misdiagnosed it and 2 hours later I ended up in the ER for 6 hours to get it drained.

Dreadful bedside manner, hope to never have her as my PA again as the experience was horrible. She was neither professional nor helpful, rather, rude and demeaning.
