Excellent care
Dr. Ashley is so caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She did everything needed to help my mother hear again. She even squeezed us in to her busy schedule. I can’t recommend her enough.

Over 60 years of my life I have had hearing loss and been in and out of ENT & Audiology offices. That said, I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Helthall recently.  She is compassionate, a great diagnostician and teacher. For 3 years I've worked with other audiologists in an attempt to hear better.  I have been feeling frustrated and isolated as I had so much trouble hearing. Dr. Helthall gave me 2 different solutions other than buying new hearing aides to replace my 7 year old hearing aids. I could hear better immediately.   Then she explained how the newer hearing aids work very well with the brain to fill in word recognition deficiencies.  I'm so grateful that I was able to quickly purchase the More 1 Oticon hearing aids and I no longer have to ask people to repeat what they said. I am no longer shouting because I can't even hear myself speak.
