Ashley Kim, MS

I visited Ashley Kim because I have recently lost quite a bit of weight and had become a bit bored with my diet. I was hoping that she could offer some new food ideas that could make my meals a bit more exciting. She did not disappoint. She was able to suggest new and delicious meal plans and snacks. She explained in detail the different food groups and even suggested the proper order in which they should be eaten for maximum results. She had a great sense of humor and patiently answered all of my questions. The visit was very informative and extremely enjoyable. Losing weight and maintaining that loss is not easy. Without meal plans that are palatable and varied, maintaining that weight loss would be very difficult. I left the office feeling very positive about my continued weight loss journey. I highly recommend Ashley Kim. I look forward to to my next visit.
