Dr. Ashley Koch, DNP

This was my first visit with Ashley Koch. I was impressed with her knowledge and she took time to answer all my questions. She spotted my lipedema and discussed ways to improve my legs. She referred me to the Clyde Lymphedema clinic for therapy. I had a very pleasant visit by her and all the staff and felt very welcomed.

Absolutely love Ashley as our family's health provider. So lucky we have found her and her staff.

I've been going to Ashley for the last few years. I have never had a an issue with her or the staff. Even with urgent visits, they have been able to get me in.

Unprofessional. Office refused to provide me with care. Staff told me I needed to come into her office 1 week post surgery with driving restrictions, Covid positive and on chemo meds rather than answer a simple email that I was willing to telehealth. Then when I filed a complaint she magically can respond via messaging. She took the time to tell me to find a new provider after I already told them I was done with the practice. I overlooked when I heard the office staff gossiping about me. I was surprised when they charted me wrong because the nurse had me confused with someone else in our small hometown. She dresses like she’s going to a club. I had to wait over an hour in an exam room once. Awkward and over reaching questions when establishing my teens with the practice. Run from any ProMedica PCP.
