Ashley is very informative and easy to get in to and work with. She cares about progress and about your well being and health- I was prescribed accutane after YEARS of dealing with mild/moderate acne (some days worse than others) but I was sick of trying so many things for so long with no real changes. She is affective and to the point. I appreciate her straightforwardness and expertise!

I'm not sure where the low ratings are coming from because my experience with Ashely was stellar. I had zero wait time, the office was clean and tidy, and she was very informative. I've been to dermatologists in the past who just prescribe me something and send me on my way but Ashley took the time to explain my prescription, what it was doing, and how to apply it. You can tell she's a genuinely nice person with lots of experience. I will definitely be returning!
