Ashley was instrumental in helping me heal as I tackled some of the biggest challenges when I became a mom. She was patient, engaging, and a great communicator. She helped me work through postpartum anxiety with my first child and postpartum trauma with the second. She really helped me learn about myself and understand some of the issues I faced. I highly recommend her!
