Ashley is very nice. If you have a minor or temporary struggle she would probably be great for you. For trauma or more severe depression though, she just doesn't offer enough. It seems she'd rather keep things very simple rather than do the hard work with you to help you move forward. It was more like catching up with an acquaintance over coffee than trying to heal.
