Ashli Butler, FNP

This review is for Ashli Butler at Lifelong Medical in Berkeley, who was my PCP after my last one left Lifelong. I'm on Medi-Cal and it can be hard to find someone who actually makes you feel like you're being taken care of but Ashli is kind, warm, takes time to answer all my questions, and really cares about my health. She is also attentive and really listens - she always remembers not just my medical history but also what's going on in my life Yes appointments can be hard to schedule and wait times can be long sometimes but that has been the case with this whole clinic for a long time. Plus unlike some other doctors, Ashli never made me feel rushed or like I only had half of her attention when she was running late.

Unfortunately this is a very unexperienced nurse, with poor listening skills. she doesn't ask the right questions, nor does she listen to the info frim the patient. she added wrong description of some symptoms that the specialist was able to pull, which gave him wrong info. she is not responsive to patients, or pharmacy when it comes to prescriptions. She doesn't pay attention to the medical assistant's note, or the patient request. All caused almost 2 months delay in prescriptions delivery. Not sure if she's forgetful or she is just neglecting people's requests. deserves a 0 start for now...
