I absolutely trust her. Her advice is sometimes hard to hear, but she won't coddle you and tell you what you want to hear. If you are willing to do the work, she will help you take steps toward the goals you want to attain for personal growth. She introduced me to the Boundaries series, that dramatically improved my life. She has helped me be a better parent friend and spouse. I couldn't ask for better. I have been in some type of therapy for over 30 years, and have seen many professionals, and she is hands down the best I have ever had.

An exceptionally good listener and counselor. I have been seeing Ms. Santiago, regularly, for 4 years. I don't agree with the comment saying she is "all about the money" and find it hard to believe that any patient of her's every felt this way. I suspect that the circumstance described was simply a "blip" and that there was some misunderstanding.

All about money. Though I know its a business, with her its all about business. She will not let you pay when your in her office saying she will bill you, and only bill you when the bill is incredibly expensive. Even after you ask her about your bill multiple times shell say shell send it, and she will when its incredibly expensive.

Down to earth, realistic approach, allows space for all parties involved to be heard. Amazing approachability and professionalism. I would recommend her to family and friends.
