I found Autumn helpful, informative, and empathic in my appointments with her the last several years regarding bloodwork and menstrual symptoms. Additionally, she went out of her way to call me and provide additional info free of charge "over the phone", and thus did not find any of her advice "minimized and dismissed", nor any lucrative phone appts as stated by the statement prior. Autumn is very personable, kind, and knowledgeable and I am thankful to have alternative care such as hers to the increasingly algorithmic and myopic Western medical "care" we currently get siphoned through in the States.

I fired her because if I wanted my thyroid symptoms minimized and dismissed, I would go to an endocrinologist in my insurance network to save $300 an hour. It's unfair to charge for "phone appointments" any time a patient needs to contact her when the treatment prescribed is not working and symptoms are getting worse and worse. It discourages patients from questioning the practitioner if needed and being assertive in reporting what works / does not work in their own health treatment.
