She has always from my second visit on cared about how I was feeling and goes beyond to help me with my pain level. Mrs.Velic and Dr. Thomas are good at what they do once you get into their care. How ever, the front desk and the call center and returning phone calls could improve. I'm sure that they are busy but should never be too busy to help the patients out with any and all questions including the patient portal. I called today to get the info about the patients portal and to sign up for it but the lady that answered the phone just said that I needed to wait until my next appointment to get help with it because they do not do it over the phone. I believe that this is nonsense because it's my medical chart and I want to keep up with my records period... Also the surgery center could use an improvement on wait times also.
