She said covid was only a mild flu. Later she refused to wear a mask. She's mean to patients and gives bad advice. I only saw her because my other provider left the practice...I should have run away sooner.

Barbara Bergeron is the worst care provider I’ve ever been to and one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. She constantly sends prescriptions to random, incorrect pharmacies when I’ve been using the same pharmacy for years. She orders the wrong tests but demands that I come in for testing before I have my medication refilled. And when I go in, she doesn’t take a moment to review my chart and clearly has no idea who I am. On top of that, she’s rude. The last time I was in (after she demanded I come in before she would refill my very long-term meds), she asked, “What do you want?” I’m switching medical offices so I never have to deal with her again.
