Dr. Borcik is very thorough in her knowledge. She is never in a rush to get your appt. over with. She gives you a very detailed explanation of what you should or should not do. When you leave her office, you do come out as one who is eager to start this journey. Today is day 1 mid morning and I think I am sticking to my 175 gm/day intake of carbohydrates (lol)
