it was almost impossible to reach Ms. Culver, once we did it took extensive explaining for her to realize exactly with which patient she was speaking. She often got frustrated and confused causing her to hang up on myself and my daughter several times. Very overwhelmed and unprofessional, this person should not be practicing medicine.
