I had low expectations when I began this mandatory process. I thought it would be depressing, and of little to no help. I called around and chose Barbara. Unlike other places it is her and her alone who you will deal with. She is Fair, Funny, Flexible and, most importantly, helpful. I am currently attending group sessions, and even if I am not feeling bad, I always feel better after meetings. Sharing and hearing other attendee's struggles offers a lot of comfort. Be Open and it will work!
